Return
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. In our store, we accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase!

To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, fill in the necessary declaration and send it to our address together with the returned product/products:

Also attach to the package with the statement and the returned product/products all accessories received with it/them and a receipt or invoice.

We send the return form each time to the e-mail address provided together with the order confirmation.

Attention! You make the return shipment at your own expense. You can also use the SzybkieZwroty.pl service and send a return at any parcel locker in Poland without the need to queue or print the waybill! The service costs PLN 10 - we will deduct this amount from the value of the goods you return. In order to use the service, all you need to do is:
1. You will enter the site
SZYBKIEZROTY.PL
2. You will fill in the necessary data, i.e. order number, name, surname, telephone number, e-mail and description.
3. After filling in the data, you will receive an e-mail with a unique Return Code. The code will be valid for 14 days. Remember to send your parcel during this time. Write down the Return Code clearly on your package and make sure that it does not contain other shipping labels of courier companies.
6. Go to any Parcel Locker. On the screen of the machine, select "Send a package" and then "I have a return code". Then enter the 10-digit code or scan the QR code.


Filing a complaint
To file a complaint, follow the steps below:
1. Return/complaint form

Fill out the return/complaint form and attach it to the shipment. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number/name and reason for the complaint, date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect.

We send the return form each time to the e-mail address provided together with the order confirmation.

2. Returning the product
When submitting a complaint, please send back the product with all its accessories and a receipt or invoice.

3. Shipping
The product under complaint should be sent to the following address:

Size exchange

To exchange an item (e.g. a size for another) follow these 2 steps:

1. Return the wrong purchase as instructed above.

2. Buy the right items (e.g. different size).

You will receive a refund for the wrong purchase as soon as we receive the package (within 14 days at the latest).
